  DO NOT order food from here for pickup. Ordered 40 plus dollars worth of food and was missing multiple items from different entrees. Also had no utensils or condiments! Called 3 days in a row looking for some type of reimbursement and the managers did absolutely nothing for me. Overall poor service and even worse management at this place.

  Our waiter was very friendly however, I didn't realize until later that my chicken tenders were severely under cooked. What really bothered me was that the waiter explained this wasn't the first time this has happened at that location and said he himself does not eat there because of this issue. I'm hoping they fix this issue because I really don't want people to get sick on the food due to food not being cooked properly. I have yet to encounter symptoms of food poisoning and I'm hoping I don't since it has been 24 hours. The manager did take the chicken tenders off my bill. But I will not be eating lunch or dinner at Denny's any time soon.

  I love the chain, but this particular facility needs to figure it out. Our team came here after a long national competition, granted we were a large party, but we were there for almost 3 hours. We waited 15 minutes for drinks, some of the girls waited almost 2 hours before they got their food, we waited 45 minutes for the check, and the manager was hiding from us. I work on food service and this experience was completely unacceptable.

  So I went there on my way home with my family, and to start off with anyone who was a race besides white was segregated to the other side of the restaurant which I feel is highly unacceptable. The second thing is that the waiter didn't listen to us all, for example we asked for my little sisters food to be put in before ours because she was crabby and hungry, instead of doing that he decided to not so that because "she should eat with the family." The third would be that he set down steaming hot plates down in front of my 2 year old sister several times because apparently it was too hot for his hands, which I can understand however his hands are a lot stronger than hers are, and then when we were trying to complain to the manager about all of this all that she had to say was okay. Very disappointed in my service tonight.
